Killamarsh Bears Fee structure
All Day – 8.30am to 2.30pm (£42 plus £1.50 for snacks): £43.50
Mornings – 8.30am to 11.30am | Afternoons – 11.30am to 2.30 pm
£21.00 per session (75p for snack): £21.75
Additional Hourly Rate:
£8.00 per hour – £4.00 per 30mins
Early drop-off: 8.00am – 8.30am £4.00
Late collection: 2.30pm – 3pm £4.00
Fees to be paid a minimum of two weeks in advance by bank tranfer (cash terms to be discussed with Liz Hibbert).
Children’s attendance at the Pre School is dependent upon continued payment of the fees.
Sessions are agreed with the Pre School Manager.
Session Fees are still payable if your child is absent, or takes a holiday during term time – all absence must be reported to our Manager or our Admin Clerk.
Government 30 Hour Funding system
There is Free Funding for all 3 and 4 year olds – usually taken in our morning sessions. Our Pre-School/Nursery operates the Government 30 Hour Funding system. Please ask for details from our Admin Clerk or our Manager. There is also funding available for 2 year olds – please again see our Admin Clerk or our Manager for details on how to apply to DCC.
A full term’s notice is required, should a child wish to cancel their attendance with the Pre School. This must be in writing to our Pre School Manager

Snacks
Children are provided with a healthy and nutritional daily snack e.g. fruit, carrot, toast etc with water or milk. We ask for a contribution of 75p per session to put towards the cost of this provision and its variety of snack.
Payments
Mrs Elizabeth Hibbert – our Admin Clerk will be available each weekday morning to issue receipts, to take any cash payments and to answer any queries. Please ensure that you sign your child in for each session. Mrs Hibbert can, on request, advise you of your full terms fee costs. Payment direct to our bank is preferable either at the beginning of term, or at the beginning of each week.
